An Atlanta resident was killed Thursday May 7, 2020 after being thrown from an SUV that lost control and flipped several times in the northbound lanes of I-75 in Cobb County.

According to Cobb County police, four individuals were in a black Ford Expedition that swerved left to avoid a truck that switched lanes in front of it. 

The SUV ran off the road before swerving back to the right and into the northbound lanes, where it rolled over several times. The man riding in the vehicle was killed after being ejected as the SUV flipped.
